Cerca is produced in QuarkExpress 4.11
Print Specifications:
175 line screen
Photoshop 5.0/5.5 & 6.0
Build all Photoshop files @300 dpi and save files @ 300 resolution.
Save Photoshop files as EPS only.
Save photos as Binary. Don't select the 3 boxes that appear below.
Photoshop files should not be placed into Illustrator or Freehand documents. Place Photoshop files into Quark documents only.
Photoshop files must NOT contain any Spot color (duotone), Pantone color or RGB. All Spot, Pantone or RGB colors must be converted to CMYK.
PHOTOSHOP files must be CMYK ONLY.
Individual Photoshop files must be embedded with teh proper ICC SWOP profile. Select ICC Profile titles "SWOP STANDARD COATED."
Adobe Illustrator 7.0 & 8.0
Macromedia Freehand
Save files as EPS-Level 1 format.
NO PANTONE COLOR
NO SPOT COLOR
NO RGB COLOR
All colors must be CMYK
CAUTION: Insure that BLACK is Grayscale (or) CMYK and NOT SPOT BLACK OR PANTONE BLACK. Insure no spot or Pantone color exists in any BLENDS OR GRADIENTS!
Photoshop files should not be placed into an Illustrator OR Freehand document.
Down-Save any Illustrator 8.0 or 9.0 files to 7.0.
Convert all gradients to CMYK. Insure Gradients contain no spot or RGB color.
Convert non-Adobe fonts to outlines.
Preferred Electronic File format is Adobe Acrobat PDF file

PDF files cannot be edited for corrections.

If you use a compression program, please insure that it can be decompressed using Stuffit Expander or is saved as SEA (Self Expanding Archive).
We have the latest versions of all the above programs.
We can accept other program files in addition to the above, only if saved in an EPS OR PDF format that embeds all artwork and type fonts in that same file. PDF files cannot be edited for corrections if received in this format.
